► Breast Cancer is the most common cancer
affecting women. That woman's risk of breast cancer during her lifetime
is one of ten.
➛ Being aware of the breast :
• Detecting cancer early can mean that treatment is more effective. And
help you see how your breasts normally feel the flag any abnormal
changes. Not all change is a sign of breast cancer.
Some womens have abscesses or thickening in
the breast tissue, and this is normal.
• Find out how to have the shape and texture
of your breasts. Can change their appearance and foreplay to at
different times of the menstrual cycle. Milk-producing tissue becomes the breast active before you start
your period in days. Some women find that their breasts become sensitive
in this time, especially near the armpits.
• After hysterectomy (removal of the uterus),
showing breasts usually the same monthly changes to the time when your
periods have stopped normally.
• After menopause, milk-producing tissue
activity stops. Natural breasts can become softer, less coherence and
not lumpy.
➛ The National Institute for health and clinical excellence (nice) shows that breast awareness means :
- Knowing what is normal for you.
- Look at your breasts and feel them.
- Find out what changes you should be looking for.
- Report any changes without delay.
- Submission for routine breast screening if you are 50 years old or so.
➛ Changes in the breast :
Be careful of the following changes in your breasts:
- Changes in graphic or shape of the breast, especially those caused by arm movements or via breast lift.
- Changes in shape or texture of the skin, such as dimpling or puckering.
- Discomfort or pain in one breast is unusual, especially if new and continuing.
- Any new blocks, thickness or conglomerate zones in one breast or armpit, differ from the same part of the breast and the other armpit.
- Discharge from the nipple is not cream and new for you.
- Bleeding from the nipple.
- Humidity, red zones on the nipple does not heal easily.
- Any change in the status of the nipple, be heading up or in a different direction from the normal direction.
- Rash on or around the nipple.
- If you notice any of these changes, see your doctor.
