TRES LECHES CAKE

TRES LECHES CAKE,

 Serves 8 to 10.

Ingredient :


  • 18-1/4 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 5-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 7.6-oz. can media crema, or 1 c. whole milk
  • 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional: sliced strawberries,kiwi, pineapple, mandarin oranges

Preparation :


▸ Prepare cake mix according to package instructions; bake in a 13"x9" baking pan.

▸ While cake is still warm, pierce surface all over with a skewer, every 1/2 inch.

▸ Combine milks; pour over cake slowly and evenly.

▸ Let cake stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

▸ Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until well chilled.

▸ At serving time, frost cake with whipped topping; decorate with fruit, if desired. Keep refrigerated.
