◉ Ingredients :
- 1 pineapple
- 5 lemons
- 200 ml Vanilla liqueur, clear
- 100g sugar
- 1 liter of orange juice
- about 1.40 liters of sparkling wine
⊕ Pineapple peel, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar (with a wooden or metal spoon).
⊕ As long stir until the sugar gets a light brown color and pour the liqueur mixture. The whole thing about 7 min. Simmer over low heat so that dissolves the caramel. Then add the pineapple and about 5 min.
⊕ Orange and lime juice. Fill bowl in a high vessel or a glass jug and min. 5 hrs., preferably overnight, let soak in the refrigerator.
Fill champagne glasses or punch glasses halfway with the bowl and pour champagne or Prosecco.
