✔ Let's Quickly talk about Oats, via their high fiber content, are already known to help remove
cholesterol from the digestive system that would otherwise end up in the
bloodstream.
Now, the latest research suggests they may have another
cardio-protective mechanism.
✔ Ingredients :
- 1.5 Cup crumbled firm tofu
- 2 minced French shallots
- 0.75 Cup flakes oats (Normal oatmeal)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- salt and pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon celery salt
- 0.5 teaspoon powder garlic
- 3 tablespoons oil olive
Preaparation Steps :
Step 1 :
• In a medium bowl, combine tofu, scallions, snowflakes oats, flour, water, egg, sauce, Tamari, mustard and spices. Stir well. Let the mixture stand 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2 :
• Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape 1/4 inch round cakes thickness (approximately).
Step 3 :
• In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook the patties for a few minutes on each side, or until 'on what' they are golden.
