MIXED SPROUT & AVOCADO SALAD,

➔ Mixed sprouts are a recent new addition to my repertoire. You should be able to find them in the fresh produce section near the bean sprouts. 
 Containing sprouted lentils, chickpeas and peas they have a lovelyfresh crunchy texture and a mildly sweet clean flavour - none of those dirty bean sprout flavours. 
 If I can’t convince you to seek out some sprouts, don’t give up on this salad. It would also be lovely with mixed salad leaves or even some cooked lentils.

↪ Ingredients : For 1 Serving :

  • 100g (3 1/2 oz) mixed sprouts
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 small avocado
  • generous handful brazil nuts

↪ Preparation :


1. Rinse sprouts well and place in a bowl.

2. Drizzle lemon juice over the sprouts.

3. Halve the avocado and scoop bight sized pieces of
avocado into the salad.

4. Season generously with salt & pepper and top with
brazil nuts. 

SMOKY TOMATO & LENTIL SOUP

SMOKY TOMATO & LENTIL SOUP,


✔ Smoked paprika is one of the most magical ingredients. If you can’t find it the soup will be OK without, but I highly recommend tracking some down.
This is great pantry recipe to have in your repetoire for when you need a quick impromptu meal.

Ingredients : For 2 Serving :


  • 2 cans lentils (400g / 14oz)
  • 1 can tomatoes (400g / 14oz)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

➥ Preparations Steps :


1. Place, lentils and their canning liquid, tomatoes, paprika and chilli in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.

2. Crush tomatoes to break them up a little with a spoon.

3. Simmer, covered for 2-3 minutes or until the soup is lovely and hot.

4. Taste and season with soy sauce, a little salt and pepper.
Drizzle with some peppery extra virgin olive oil for some richness.

Lamb Meatballs With Potatoes,

➥ Quick and easy recipe to prepare the meatballs by mixing the meat with boiled potatoes mashed in a new way, Because these meatballs with the size and thickness of the burgers are almost making it maintains tender and delicious.

Ingredients :


  • 400 g minced meat (Lamb, chopped coarse)
  • 4 x tablespoon flour
  • 3 x tablespoon celery sticks (fresh) 
  • 2 x the number of potatoes (medium turnips)
  • 1 x hanging small lemon juice
  • 1 x  green onions (green onions sweat)
  • 1 x tablespoon Rosemary (fresh)
  • 1 x tablespoon Dill (fresh)
  • 1 x number of eggs
  • 1 x tablespoon fresh mint (fresh) 
  • 1 x hanging small of spices


Lamb Meatballs With Potatoes,

 ➥ Preparation Steps :


1 - Paint with a little oil FRY oven template 40 30 centimeters (or any template any oven and size of important it doesn't stick) and open oven temperature 270 C.

2 - Take the Green herbs : green onions + Rose Marie + celery + fennel + Mint and put them in the blender and finely chop them.

3 - In a large mixing Cup set: mince and add mashed potatoes and flour and egg and all green grass  and lemon juice. And mixed good to be strong. Dampen your hand with water from time to time during the kneading of the dough will be sticky.

 ➛Ingredients :

  • Some Essiggurken
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 500 g of ground meat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 pcs cheese
  • 4 pcs roll (bread)
  • 1 pc Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon tomato chutney
  • 1 onion

 ➛Preparation Steps :


1 - The onion finely cut with ground meat, tomato chutney, salt, pepper and mix.

2 - The patties in oil 6-8 minutes. & Fry.

3 - The rolls (or burger) in half lengthwise, scoop out a little. Cut the tomato and pickle slices. Place    the finished loaf into rolls and each one slice of tomato and a slice of pickle and cheese on it.

4 -  That begins to melt all the preheated oven until the cheese.

 ➤Ingredients :

  • 300 g corn salad
  • 3 smaller beetroot
  • 3 small celery heads
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • chopped 6 tablespoons walnut kernels roughly
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder

 ➤Preparation Steps :


1 - Wash lettuce thoroughly clean and drain well.

2 - Celery and beetroot 30 min. Even damp, allow to cool slightly, peel and cut into uniform, thin slices.

3 - A touch of vinegar and oil dressing, season with salt and pepper and pour 2/3 on the still tepid vegetables. Approximately 30 min.

4 - Plate fan-shaped, alternately with beetroot and celery occupy. pull corn salad with the remaining dressing and put on the vegetables. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve dabbed with sour cream.

 ➙ Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 300 ml water
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 250 g flour (wholemeal)

➙ Preparation :

Working time: about 10 minutes / Difficulty: Simple
⊙ Mixing yeast with honey, add water and salt. Flour knead, 6 large rolls shapes.

⊙ At 180 ° C (no preheat) on the middle rack 20 - Bake 30 min. After 20 minutes, they are still relatively soft, but after 30 min. Are they really crispy.

Tips:

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups wate
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashes
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 tablespoons hone
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Oats with Banana and BlueBerry,

Stir water, almond milk, blueberries, bananas, oats, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together in the crock of a slow cooker.
